Our Launch KU project for 2021 has officially ended, and we couldn't be more thankful for everyone that supported us this year! 

Thank you for donating to our project! Your donations are already being put to good use. We are still working hard, online and in the shop, to make these cars and get them tested and ready for competition. The entire team has been learning so much this semester, and we are excited to start putting together the electric car and testing both cars next semester.

Hi everyone! We have extended our donation deadline an extra two weeks! So, please keep sharing the Launch KU donation link! We appreciate all of your support! We still hope to reach our goal of $10,000! We are almost to 50% of our goal!

Our website has new pictures of our 2021 team uploaded. You can now view our 2021 team picture, and individual 2021 team member pictures as well!   

We have been very busy trying to finish this car before Thanksgiving! We are finishing up the remaining assemblies, and are doing our best to get the car on the ground running!

With only eight days left, we have reached 20% of our goal, and couldn't be more thankful.

We appreciate everyone that has shared our project and help support us through the crazed 2020. Please continue to share our project with family and friends. Every little contribution counts, and none of it goes unnoticed. 

The team is still working hard through long days in the shop. With Thanksgiving catching up on us, we are still persevering through the tough times. We have a lot of deadlines that we need to hit in the near future, but we will get our cars out and racing no matter what. Your contribution helps ensure that we have all the support we need to get the cars finished.

Everyone at Jayhawk Motorsports appreciates all of the donations in our LaunchKU campaign. We wanted to reach out and express our gratitude, and give an update about the team. 

The COVID-19 restrictions have proven to be difficult for the team to get things done efficiently, but everyone is following all guidelines and thankfully staying safe. We are hard at work in the shop, manufacturing parts to be put on the car is one of our big goals this month. We have set a lot of major deadlines that we have to meet by the end of the semester, and we couldn't be more pumped to see this car run. 

We have a newsletter that is being sent out at the end of the month with all of our major updates and information. We want to thank all of our donors again for supporting this project, and making it possible for us to build an amazing racecar. 

Hello Friends, Family, and Fans!

We would like to show our gratitude for all the support we have received during this first week of LaunchKU. I am proud to announce that after week one, we have officially raised $1,200 ! Every single dime donated goes to a wonderful organization that allows students to gain real-life work experience and allows them to put the things they learn in their classes to use!

While this year is very confusing for all of us, navigating through the trying times in our shop has proved itself to be strange, but we are taking all necessary precautions to protect ourselves from COVID-19. 

This week the team has worked out a projection plan, and set many goals in place to help the team strive towards success. The team that has been tirelessly working on the Electric Car has it's first design review tonight, and we are eager to listen to all of the great feedback from our alumni!
