Ph.D. students are a powerful force when it comes to enhancing the undergraduate experience and supporting faculty through teaching and research.
Earning a Ph.D. is a long and arduous process, so the support and encouragement provided to our students is very important. One way the KU School of Business can impact our Ph.D. students is by obtaining funding to reward our students with research and teaching awards. These awards not only honor students for their hard work and dedication, but they make a powerful statement to potential employers about the quality and value of the Ph.D. candidate.
Our goal is to raise $8,600, which would allow us to acknowledge numerous students over the course of the next two years.
Any amount raised above our goal will be utilized to grow an endowed fund to honor future students.
Please join us in making a gift of any size to support our Ph.D. students in Business.
If you are interested in naming a research or teaching award or pledging to support Ph.D. awards over multiple years, please contact Kelly Watson Muther at kwmuther@kuendowment.org or by calling 785-832-7421.
A gift of any size will help us provide PhD students with teaching and research awards.
