More than 50 years ago, KU Law became a pioneer in clinical legal education when it launched the Paul E. Wilson Project for Innocence. Since then the law school has built an experiential learning program that includes a mix of live-client clinics, field placements and skills simulations that help students sharpen professional skills and gain practical experience.
