Thank you so much to everyone that has supported our project! We reached 100% funded in only 8 days after launch! We will continue to fundraise until the page closes May 1st. LaunchKU fundraisers are allowed to go over their fundraising goal, over 100%. Seeing as the leftover budget will be variable and dependent on final fundraising amount, the amount we spend on the items below are not easily predictable. If we have leftover budget, it will be allocated towards the following:

Thank you so much for all your support! We hit 80% funded in only one week after the project launch! Here are some pictures of the design mock-ups we created showing what the mural would potentially look like. The artwork overlaid will not be the final design but will be used as inspiration pictures for the final design. The final mural will be bright and colorful with representations of the Lawrence and engineering community!
The mural is set to be installed in Spring 2024 with an unveiling ceremony to follow.
