The University of Kansas campus is one of a kind. Students, faculty, staff and visitors can attest to the unique feel of the KU landscape. Nowhere else does the natural world unify with the human effort to create the magical Jayhawk experience as it does on the grounds of KU.

Every day, KU Grounds works in the space between dreams and reality to make our campus a special place. While we are making strides, we need your help to do more.

Like so many Jayhawks, we are dreamers. We dream of a campus landscape that provides a deeply satisfying and enriching space for our community (especially our students!) to learn, live, and grow.

We are also doers. We work every day to make our campus beautiful, functional, and safe. We are a group of professionals that marry practicality with positivity to push our campus forward.

The KU Grounds Crew interacts with everyone and everything on our campus in a way that no one else does. Our campus community brings their personal experiences and aspirations to our campus as they seek a place to find their potential. We want to have every opportunity to meet our community where it is and unlock a space that will nourish that potential.
