1K in a Day!!

1K in a Day presented by The Big Event is a fundraising campaign geared toward raising funds to provide our volunteers with the best possible experience. The Big Event provides hundreds of volunteers free food, drinks, t-shirts and much more at our event to show our appreciation for all the hard work our volunteers do to make a difference in Lawrence. In order to provide this experience we need the help of our fellow students, faculty, staff and community members.

The Big Event at KU is an non-need based organization who sends students, staff, and faculty to provide a helping hand to Lawrence residents by completing projects in their neighborhoods.
