Hilltop Child Development Center is an inclusive community where children learn from passionate professionals in a nurturing and academically rich environment. Hilltop is the only nationally accredited childcare in Douglas County - and it is expanding! Thanks to the new Hilltop West facility, this important organization will be able to serve 450 students ages 8 weeks to fifth grade.
Hilltop offers a comprehensive childcare program to the students and families in this community. Hilltop trains its staff members how to implement a core academic curriculum as well as a social emotional curriculum that works to address the always evolving needs that children face each year. Your support will allow Hilltop to develop highly-qualified staff and make sure that they are paid a wage that is equitable to the work they are providing.
Thanks to you, Hilltop can continue on its 53 years of providing high-quality childcare to the students and families in Lawrence.
A $25 gift will make sure that our students have all the appropriate materials needed for them to achieve at their highest level.
A $50 gift allows Hilltop to maintain and expand the indoor and outdoor facilities.
A $100 gift allows Hilltop to expand the supplies and materials that may be necessary to assist students with any special needs that may be present.
A $250 gift pays for monthly breakfast, lunch and our PM snack for a child.
A $500 gift provides 20 teachers with a year of virtual training opportunities -OR- raise the base salary of our teachers by approximately $0.25/hour.
