Narratives of the Soul

The traveling quilt exhibition And Still We Rise together with the accompanying exhibition Narratives of the Soul will open at the Spencer Museum of Art on July 8. 

These exhibitions explore nearly four centuries of African American history, from the first slave ship to the first African American President. Gifts to these exhibitions will help support transportation, installation, programming, and events centered around them. When we reach our $2,500 goal, Women Philanthropists for KU will be listed as a sponsor of these exhibitions.
