Permits and Materials

November 30, 2023

We got our building permits back! We've started receiving materials at out warehouse and are gearing up to start construction in a few weeks. 

The studio has been hard at work on our other design project and are itching to get back to working on Phoenix House!

Finished Design Phase

October 20, 2023


The studio has finished up the design phase of Phoenix House and we are in the process of submitting our construction documents. Construction is slated to start in January 2024. We hope to have more updates when we get our permits back.
